Recipe of the month - Taco dip

My soon to be sister Paola asked me where are all the recipes I said I was going to put on here. That reminded me I have not kept up with posting a recipe every month! Here is one of husband's very favorites. He requests this often and our kids really love it too. It is easy, cheap, and uses only 4 ingredients.

Taco Dip
1 can organic refried black beans
8 oz. cream cheese softened (1 bar)
16 ounce jar of organic salsa
1 small bag finely shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
layer everything in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan in the order above. bake at 350 degree's for 15-20 minutes. Serve with bite sized or regular tortilla chips (I buy organic or all natural chips when possible).
* you can also make this with regular refried beans but I found they have way more sodium than I want our family to have!

Thanks for the recipe. We are having to watch our sodium for James. I didn't think about organic being lower in sodium. I'm going to start checking on it at the store.
